Mental Health Well-being
We strive to be there for those who have been there for us. Our primary goal is to ensure that military veterans get the attention they need when it comes to their mental well-being. That is why we partner with qualified mental health practitioners around Georgia.
We Rise By Lifting Others.
We know that the issue of mental health is a HUGE undertaking, but we cannot shy away from it because of that. This is a vital reason why All Hearts Connected Foundation (AHCF) wants to be a part of the solution; together, we stand, united and accountable, we succeed.
Because of AHCF’s commitment to being a part of the solution, our strategy is simple: find help for those who need help. We have partnered with licensed practitioners who specialize in all aspects of mental health. As we are not taking the place of our local Veteran’s Affairs offices, our services will serve veterans requiring additional help with counseling and navigation into society.
The Real Issue By The Numbers
In 2023, the Department of Veterans Affairs found that 11% of vets reported elevated rates of depression, and approximately 7% experienced PTSD at some point in their lives. Alarmingly, a whopping 56% of veterans who suffer from PTSD did not seek treatment for various reasons. In 2020, they reported that about 6,146 veterans deaths were recorded as suicide.
For Emergency Assistance Please Call the Georgia Crisis Hot Line.
For immediate access to routine or crisis services, please call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) at 1-800-715-4225. GCAL is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to help you or someone you care for in a crisis.
It is important to know that the staff at All Hearts Connected do not offer counseling directly. Think of us as your personal directory, connecting you with one of our licensed service providers. We are the bridge to your next session. Take the time to read more about what we offer and how you can book your next appointment. Please be advised that we take pride in protecting our veterans’ privacy and will not sell your information to any company. Our practitioners have had extensive background checks and credentials verified.

SOS: Calling On All Mental Health Practioners.
One item on our bucket list that stands out above others is the desire to harness the power of technology to render therapy in the most efficient way possible. This method allows us to create a hub where veterans can have access to a wide range of mental health service providers in the state of Georgia.
To fulfill this commitment, we need all the help we can get. All Hearts Connected Foundation is always looking to partner with qualified licensed providers to join our network and help make an impact in our communities.
Our Mission And Vision
We are committed to a cause that is far greater than our dreams. We are driven by a need that spans common boundaries and shares a vision that has the power to heal. All this, for the common good.
